Sketch offers a range of services at the level you need, from design consultation to implementation. Our concept design and technical documentation phases, typically take three months from when we start to when construction begins on site.

  • In this phase, we create the initial vision for your space, deciding on the layout, colour schemes, materials, and overall style based on your requirements and brand identity.
    This phase sets the foundation for the entire design process. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of your design through mood boards, 3D renders, and samples.

  • Here, we transform the concept into detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections that outline spatial arrangements, dimensions, furniture placement, lighting, finishes, and other technical details. These drawings ensure effective communication among all parties and accurate execution during construction.

  • We source unique elements such as art, furniture, lighting, pots and plants, décor, and speciality equipment. This process can take time due to the variety of elements. Custom items with long lead times are prioritised during this phase, while smaller décor items are sourced closer to the project launch.

  • We oversee the implementation of the concept, regularly visiting the construction site to ensure the design and technical drawings are followed. We address any on-site challenges by finding practical solutions while maintaining the integrity of the design.

  • In this phase, all sourced items come together in the actual space. Each project is unique, so this phase might take a few hours or a few days. We take an especially hands-on approach here, and personally place, position and adjust each item until everything looks just right!
